Indluplace Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of Africa Housing Company (Afhco) Holdings (Pty) Limited, which in turn is owned by SA Corporate Real Estate Limited, a JSE-listed REIT.
Indluplace was founded in 2015 and owns and manages a large residential property portfolio predominantly throughout Gauteng. Our team of passionate property professionals undertake all tenant service and property management functions necessary for the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.
